Care Professional - Swadlincote

Care Assistant (Care Professional) to support clients in their own homes across Swadlincote and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include providing personal care with dignity and respect, preparing meals and assisting with daily routines, offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with medication reminders, and encouraging independence and wellbeing. Requires a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; availability to work alternate weekends. No formal qualifications required; full training provided. Flexible scheduling with a minimum of two days per week including anti-social hours and alternate weekends. Role starts on a 0-hour contract during probation, with progression to an average-hours contract after successful probation.
