Job Summary
Care Professional HR Associate at Honor Technology—remote role spanning multiple markets. Responsible for high-volume HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle, including payroll/benefits, records-keeping, policy administration, and compliance with labor laws. Investigates and resolves Care Pro complaints, identifies trends, and drives process improvements. Handles HR escalations, ensures timely responses (average ~100 tickets weekly) via phone, email, and text within SLA, and collaborates with Payroll, Compliance, and Operations to troubleshoot payroll and benefits issues. Manages HRIS changes in Dayforce, supports infection-control clearance, leaves of absence (personal, medical, FMLA), and employee status changes. Provides coaching on CP privacy and protected classes, presents trends to HR leadership, and supports continuous improvement efforts. Requires 3+ years experience, 2+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree or HR certificate, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and weekend availability. The hourly rate ranges from $23.60 to $26.25, with benefits including equity, 401K matching, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, disability coverage, life insurance, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years experience in HR
- Bachelor’s degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solver with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working in a high-growth company and the ability to adapt to ongoing change
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments
- Excellent technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of HR best practices, systems, and protocols
- Positive, can-do attitude, and professional telephone demeanor
- Willingness to work on weekends on a consistent weekly basis
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day (required)
