Job Summary
Neuro ICU locum physician needed at a 635-bed Level I trauma center in Gordon, GA. Board-certified MD or DO in Neurocritical Care for inpatient coverage in the Neuro ICU, with 10-18 patients daily, 2-3 admissions, and rounding and consult duties. Shifts are 7a-7p or 7p-7a, 7 days a week, with no call. Procedures and code response within the Neuro ICU required. EPIC EMR used; privileging 30-60 days; licensure must already be in place. APP support is inconsistent; Medical Critical Care and anesthesia available. Location: Gordon, GA, US; On-site assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification Required
- MD or DO in Neurocritical Care
- Locum tenens coverage
- Active licensure in GA or eligible to obtain
- EPIC EMR experience
- Experience with 10-18 patients daily, 2-3 admissions
- Inpatient neurocritical care
- Privileging 30-60 days
- No call required
