Job Summary
Provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) as a Care Partner using your own insured vehicle to transport members to healthcare appointments and other destinations. Responsibilities include door-to-curb assistance, punctual and safe transit, adherence to trip instructions via the HQ Portal, maintaining vehicle safety/compliance, accommodating mobility or companion requests, and staying flexible with trip assignments. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, open daytime availability (7:00 am–5:00 pm), a reliable insured vehicle (2010+), ability to pass background checks and vehicle inspections, and strong communication with dispatch. Prior experience in healthcare, transportation, or customer service is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Care Partners retain 100% of earnings with no commissions, offering freedom and scheduling flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Open availability from 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Reliable, insured vehicle (2010 or newer)
- Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes
- Ability to pass vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and focus on service
- Empathy, patience, professionalism
- Flexibility to accept trips on own schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Prior experience in healthcare, transportation, or customer service (preferred)
- Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) (preferred)
- CPR or First Aid certification (a plus)
