Job Summary
Care Partners use their own insured vehicle to transport members to healthcare appointments and other essential destinations, providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb service, communicating with dispatch via HQ Portal, and maintaining vehicle safety and compliance. The role emphasizes flexibility, high-quality member interactions, and earning based on trips without commissions. Prior experience in healthcare, transportation, or customer service is preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus. Location-based requirement appears to be Princeton, WV, with availability during daytime hours and weekend flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Open availability from 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Reliable, insured vehicle that meets the Nation's Transportation standards (2010 or newer)
- Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes
- Ability to pass vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent service to members
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism are required when working with members with varying needs
- Flexibility to accept trips on your own schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
