Job Summary
Provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Maintain proper care records, report changes in resident conditions, and interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member while communicating effectively and respecting confidentiality. Must be 21 years or older with at least two years of caregiving experience, a high school diploma, and successful completion of state-required training. PM/NOC shift differential rates and a 90-day sign-on bonus of $500 are available.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- at least 2 years of experience with caregiving
- High school diploma or equivalent
- successfully complete training as required by State regulations
- compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
- ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
- honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
- meet all health requirements
- pass background check
