Job Summary
Follow each resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner while documenting changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirements. Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership. Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness. Adhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines. Promote a safe working environment and report any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policy. Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs and perform other duties as assigned. Occasional weekend, evening, or night shifts as needed for coverage. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of caregiving or similar experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing
- Ability to pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and screenings
- Certifications as required by state
- Occasional weekend, evening, or night shifts as needed for coverage
- Occasional travel may be required

- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
