Job Summary
Care Partner at Middlefield Oaks Assisted Living provides ADL support and personal care to residents per individual services plans, including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, meals, feeding, and related tasks, while maintaining privacy, dignity, and infection-control standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, age 18+, basic computer skills, and English proficiency; full-time role with benefits (FSA, pet insurance, health advocate, EAP, employee discounts). Training is provided; background and reference checks are required. Located in Cottage Grove, OR, with equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
