Job Summary
Care Partner at Avanti Senior Living in Covington, LA (2pm–10pm shift). Provide compassionate, engaging care to residents through social, emotional, physical, and intellectual support; help residents stay independent; assist with daily tasks and activities; maintain a friendly, hospitable environment and contribute to a team-focused community. Requires 2–5 years of assisted living or senior care experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong written/verbal English and customer-service mindset. Weekly pay, flexible schedules, benefits, and training offered.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of prior assisted living or senior care experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the older adult population
- Must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service, hospitality, curiosity and friendliness towards all prospects, residents, visitors, employees and the overall community
