Job Summary
Care Partner Relationship Manager role focused on building and maintaining relationships with veterinary clinics, driving retention and engagement, and expanding partnerships. Responsibilities include in-person and virtual visits, training and consultations at clinics, tracking and analyzing care-partner engagement metrics, identifying expansion opportunities, and facilitating smooth patient referrals. The role combines clinical operations with partner-relations work, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical leadership, PMs, and staff. Significant travel (50-75%) across the Southeast with a mix of office, travel, and remote/virtual meetings; located in Durham, NC with flexible travel to markets in NC, SC, and TN. Required Qualifications
