Care Partner PRN (Float Pool) Nights

Assist with patient care delivery and maintain unit environmental standards under licensed nurse supervision. Facilitate safe patient flow by following work area standards, serving as a liaison for patient and family communication. Maintain supplies and equipment while independently managing clinical competencies such as point-of-care testing and vital signs. Prepare accurate status reports on assignments and adapt to changes in major tasks. Operate during the 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM shift within the VUH Inpatient Float Pool.
