Job Summary
Care Partner (Caregiver) in a PRN, 8-hour shifts at Prairie Vista Village in Altoona, IA. Provides resident services including personal care, social/recreational activities, meal services, and support with daily living needs; responds to emergency calls, adheres to infection control procedures, and assists with housekeeping. Requires 1-2 years’ experience with the elderly, 18+ with a HS diploma/GED, and Medication Manager Certification. Required Qualifications
