Job Summary
Care Partner (Caregiver) PRN at Prairie Vista Village provides resident services including personal care, social/recreational activities, and meal services while following Tenant Service Plans. Duties include responding to tenant needs, infection control, basic housekeeping, monitoring health changes, and supporting activity participation. Requires Medication Manager Certification and prior experience with the elderly in a residential setting; must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED. Required Qualifications
- Must have 1-2 years’ previous experience working with the elderly, preferably in a residential setting.
- Medication Manager Certification required.
