Job Summary
Care Partner role for Nation's Transportation leveraging your own insured vehicle to provide safe, door-to-door or curb-to-curb non-emergency medical transportation for members. You’ll transport members to healthcare appointments and essential destinations, communicate with dispatch via HQ Portal, maintain vehicle safety, accommodate mobility or companion travel requests, and adapt to trip updates. As an independent contractor, you keep 100% of earnings and set your schedule, with opportunities to apply healthcare, transportation, or customer-service experience to improve community access to care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, insured vehicle meeting standards (2010 or newer)
- Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes
- Ability to pass vehicle inspection
- Vehicle registration in applicant's name
- Strong communication skills and focus on member service
- Empathy, patience, professionalism with members with varying needs
- Flexibility to accept trips on own schedule (including early mornings, evenings, weekends)
