Job Summary
Use your personal, insured vehicle to safely transport members to and from healthcare appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations. Provide a professional, courteous door-to-door service experience while communicating effectively with dispatch through the HQ Portal system. Maintain your vehicle to meet safety standards and accommodate special requests like mobility assistance or companion travel. Open availability is required from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility to accept trips on your own schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Care Partners take home 100% of earnings with no commissions, and a valid driver's license with a clean record is mandatory. This role supports Nation's Transportation's mission of improving healthcare access and empowering individuals to lead healthier, more independent lives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Open availability from 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Reliable, insured vehicle that meets the Nation's Transportation standards (2010 or newer)
- Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes
- Ability to pass vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent service to members
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Flexibility to accept trips on your own schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare, transportation, or customer service
- Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services
- CPR or First Aid certification
