Job Summary
Provide non-emergency medical transportation to members, ensuring punctuality and adherence to trip details while maintaining a professional, courteous door-to-door experience. Use your personal, insured vehicle to safely transport individuals to healthcare appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations, accommodating special requests like mobility assistance or companion travel. Communicate effectively with dispatch via the HQ Portal system and stay flexible to accept trip assignments on your own schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Maintain your vehicle to meet safety and compliance standards, ensuring it is 2010 or newer and passes inspection. Work between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm with open availability, retaining 100% of earnings with no commissions taken.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Open availability from 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Reliable, insured vehicle that meets the Nation's Transportation standards (2010 or newer)
- Ability to pass background checks and applicable certification processes
- Ability to pass vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent service to members
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism are required when working with members with varying needs
- Flexibility to accept trips on your own schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare, transportation, or customer service
- Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services
- CPR or First Aid certification (a plus but not required)
