Job Summary
Care Partner provides personal care and support to seniors in a residential community, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, ambulation), engaging residents in social interaction, monitoring for changes in health or behavior, completing incident reports and documentation, helping with meals, and performing light housekeeping tasks. Requires CNA/CNA-equivalent certification, CPR/First Aid, Food Handler credentials, English literacy, and adherence to state health licensure requirements. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork with licensed nurses and staff, and compassionate handling of residents are essential.
Required Qualifications
