Job Summary
Care Partners provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while promoting independence, safety, and dignity. Work in a team to support residents' comfort and well-being; encourage participation in life enrichment programs; assist with light housekeeping and maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, and residents. Requires strong communication, teamwork, empathy, patience, physical stamina, and adherence to community protocols; weekend rotation is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness/ability to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in professional caregiving setting
