Job Summary
Provide personal care for elders, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Monitor and document health changes while offering emotional support through conversation and companionship. Assist with meal preparation and feeding, engage residents in recreational activities, and maintain general cleanliness. Communicate regularly with families, team members, and guests. This role requires a rotating schedule and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications

- ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English
- licensing documentation (if required by your state)
- ability to pass a criminal background check
