Job Summary
Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Maintain proper care records, report changes in resident conditions, and interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma, successfully complete required state training, and demonstrate compassion for the elderly. Role requires strong communication skills, honesty, dependability, and adherence to confidentiality and privacy rights. Must meet all health requirements and pass background check.
Required Qualifications
