Job Summary
Care Partner for Memory Care residents on an evenings shift; provide compassionate care and support to memory care residents, assist with activities of daily living, take vital signs, document changes, schedule doctor appointments, escort residents to dining, assist with meals and safety, maintain confidentiality, and communicate with families and Health Services Director as needed. Requires compassionate demeanor, ability to work independently under supervision, and knowledge of safety procedures; CPR/First Aid preferred per state guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; nursing assistant certification desired.
