Job Summary
Provide assistance with activities of daily living and personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, and feeding to support a person-centered care philosophy. Ensure residents receive privacy, respect, and dignity while following standard precautions and infection control procedures. Complete state-required training upon hire and annually. Maintain basic computer skills and ability to speak, read, and write in English. Full-time or part-time roles available for day and swing shifts with weekend availability required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
- At least 1 day of weekend availability
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a comprehensive reference check
