Job Summary
Assist individuals with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and document changes in physical or emotional condition, communicating observations to healthcare staff. Provide companionship and emotional support while ensuring a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping and organizing personal spaces. Support medication reminders and assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

Desired Qualifications

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or caregiving documentation tools
