Job Summary
Respond to patient alarms for hygiene, nourishment, and ambulation assistance. Monitor vital signs, glucose, and intake/output, reporting abnormalities to the RN. Reposition patients every two hours, apply compresses and SCDs, and ensure room safety. Manage dietary restrictions, collect trays, and perform secretarial duties for admissions and transfers. Answer calls and relay messages to staff and patients. Requires current Colorado CNA license, BLS, and six months of CNA experience. Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current BLS
- Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting work
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of Certified Nursing Assistant experience
- Secretary training
