Care Partner HHA/CNA - Part Time Thurs- Sat 3p-11p

Provide outstanding customer service to residents, family members, and visitors while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility. Collaborate with the Integrated Care Team to ensure excellence in care, manage continence and instrumental activities including meal preparation and housekeeping, and support resident technology and medical equipment needs. Accurately complete care logs, incident reports, and medication receipts while maintaining resident records per policy. Answer calls promptly, accompany residents to medical appointments, and report immediate changes in physical or mental health to the Nursing Supervisor. Follow established protocols for accidents, emergency procedures, and Inspīr safety practices.
