Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Collaborate with the Integrated Care Team to support instrumental activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication administration. Monitor resident health status, report changes immediately, and maintain accurate records for care logs, incident reports, and medication receipts. Accompany residents to medical appointments when necessary and ensure compliance with Inspīr safety practices and emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Home Health Aide Certification Program approved by the New York State Department of Health
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
