Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, family members, and visitors while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility. Collaborate with the Integrated Care Team to ensure excellence in care, manage continence, and support instrumental activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication administration. Maintain resident records, report health changes immediately, and follow established safety protocols and emergency procedures. Answer calls for assistance promptly and accompany residents to medical appointments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Home Health Aide Certification Program approved by the New York State Department of Health
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
