Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, family members, and visitors while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and mobility. Collaborate with the Integrated Care Team to ensure excellence in service delivery, manage continence, and support instrumental activities including meal preparation and housekeeping. Accurately complete care logs, incident reports, and medication receipt logs while maintaining resident records per policy. Answer calls for assistance promptly, accompany residents to medical appointments, and encourage participation in social and recreational programs. Maintain awareness of physical and mental health changes, reporting immediately to the Nursing Supervisor or General Manager. Adhere to established protocols, emergency procedures, and Inspīr safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Home Health Aide Certification Program approved by the New York State Department of Health
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
