Job Summary
Provide personal care for elders by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and document health changes while offering emotional support through conversation and active listening. Assist with meals, engage residents in social and recreational activities, and maintain general cleanliness. Communicate regularly with elders, families, and team members. This role requires English proficiency, willingness to work within a team, and ability to perform duties with or without accommodation. Full-time positions offer immediate vacation and sick time accrual, a 401(k) match after one year, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications

- ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English
