Care Partner

Care Partner provides personal care to elders, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance; monitors health status and documents changes for the Wellness Team; offers emotional support and companionship; assists with meals and engages residents in social/ recreational activities; communicates with residents, families, and coworkers; and may perform light housekeeping. Requires ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers, and to pass a criminal background check; licensing documentation may be required by state. Pay starts at $16.50 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, 401(k) after 90 days, education reimbursement, and career growth opportunities. Location: Columbia, Illinois, USA with in-person/onsite duties.
