Care Partner who provides personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance), health monitoring and documentation to residents; offers emotional support and companionship; assists with meals and participates in social/recreational activities; communicates with residents, families, and team members; may perform light housekeeping; requires English literacy, ability to read/write, and ability to pass a criminal background check; licensing documentation may be required by state; thrives in a team-based environment and is guided by compassion and respect for residents in a senior living setting.
