Job Summary
Provide personal care for elders, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Monitor and document health changes, offer emotional support through conversation and companionship, and assist with meals and feeding. Engage residents in social and recreational activities while maintaining cleanliness through light housekeeping. Communicate daily with elders, families, and team members. Maintain English proficiency for all interactions and pass a criminal background check. Work within a team environment with opportunities for ongoing training and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
