Job Summary

Provide personal care by assisting elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and document changes in health or behavior, then report findings to the Wellness Team. Offer emotional support through conversation, active listening, and companionship for residents facing loneliness or anxiety. Assist with meal preparation and feeding, while engaging residents in social and recreational activities. Maintain cleanliness through light housekeeping tasks and connect with elders, families, and other team members. Work within a team environment with full verbal communication skills in English.

Required Qualifications
