Job Summary
Care Partners provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a senior living community, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. The role emphasizes compassionate care, engagement and companionship, participation in life enrichment activities, and collaboration with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff. Light housekeeping and maintaining open communication are also included, with weekend rotation required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness/ability to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
