Care Partner 7pm-7am $17-22.75 (Full Time)

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Provide physical support for sitting, standing, walking, and fall assistance while lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds. Maintain accurate resident documentation by printing documents and entering information into the computer system. Create a human connection with residents during vulnerable moments and foster an inclusive, positive environment for the team. Work rotating shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays in Week 1, or Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in Week 2.
