Job Summary
Conduct activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care for residents. Assist with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall recovery while maintaining human connection during vulnerable moments. Print documents and enter resident information using computer skills. Work a rotating 7am to 7pm shift in Nixa, MO, requiring full physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds and standing all day. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate empathy, and actively engage in personal development and training. Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Love for residents
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bending, kneeling, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
