Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Provide support for sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance while maintaining an inclusive, positive environment. Print documents and enter resident information using computer skills. Shifts run 7:00am to 7:00pm with rotating Wednesday and Thursday schedules. This part-time role at Ridgemere Senior Living in Conway, AR, requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, pass criminal clearance, and possess a positive attitude. Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Love for residents
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to assist persons after a fall
- Criminal clearance
