Job Summary
Care Partner needed for 7:00am–11:00am shifts (Thu,Fri,Sat) at Vitalia Strongsville in Strongsville, OH. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care), creating an empathetic, inclusive environment, and engaging residents in development and daily activities. Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read/write/communicate in English with residents, possess computer skills to print documents and enter information, stay active (able to stand/walk/bend/knee/stoop), regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds, assist residents after a fall, and pass criminal clearance. Required Qualifications
