Job Summary
Care Partner at Vitalia North Olmsted (Arrow Senior Living) — full-time role serving residents in an active adult/senior living community. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care; creating an inclusive, empathetic environment; communicating with residents; and maintaining resident records using computer skills. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read/write/understand English, maintain a positive attitude, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is 7:00am-7:00pm with a rotating Tue/Thu/Fri and Wed/Sat/Sun schedule; location is North Olmsted, Ohio. Starting wage is $18.00-$23.75 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to print documents and enter information about residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care)
- Criminal background clearance
