Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care; provide empathetic, resident-centered support to enhance quality of life; foster an inclusive, positive environment; communicate effectively with residents and team members; utilize basic computer skills to print and enter information; participate in growth and training within the organization; position requires standing and physical activity throughout shift and is part-time with a wage of $17.50-$21 per hour in Ann Arbor at University Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English language proficiency
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Active at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Criminal clearance
