Job Summary
Care Partner (Part-Time) working 6:00pm–10:00pm at Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, OH. Responsible for creating an empathetic, inclusive environment and assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Must engage residents, be curious about development, and contribute to a positive team culture. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read/write/communicate in English with residents, a positive energetic attitude, computer Skills for documenting information, physical ability to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and criminal background clearance. Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents
- Positive and energetic attitude, good with residents
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminally cleared
