Job Summary
Care Partner at Vitalia Strongsville (Arrow Senior Living) responsible for creating an inclusive, positive environment and providing compassionate support to residents. Responsibilities include proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care; fostering empathy, engagement, and growth among residents and team members; supporting residents with daily routines and ensuring a respectful, resident-centered atmosphere. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, teamwork, ongoing training, and promoting from within. Required Qualifications
