Job Summary
Care Partner at Arrow Senior Living in Ankeny, IA (Evening shift 6:00pm–10:00pm, Part-Time) focused on delivering empathetic care and enriching residents’ quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care; fostering an inclusive, positive environment; engaging residents in development and training opportunities; and maintaining safety and personalized interaction. Requires a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
