Job Summary
Care Partner role at Arrow Senior Living in Rock Creek, Ankeny IA. Provide compassionate resident support during ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care; engage with residents to foster empathy and positive environment; assist with mobility and daily activities; document information and participate in training. Part-time shift from 6:00am to 10:00am on a rotating schedule (Tues/Wed/Fri Week 1; Mon/Sat/Sun Week 2). Requires at least 18, HS diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and passing a criminal background check. Required Qualifications
