Job Summary
Care Operations Manager leads client and caregiver-facing operations in a fast-paced home-care setting. Responsibilities include completing new client visits and care-plan facilitation, following up with clients and hospital discharge follow-ups, caregiver check-ins and engagement, coordinating ongoing training, onboarding new clients and tracking authorizations, Medicaid communications and maintaining accurate records, and providing scheduling and office support as needed. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with leadership or supervisory experience and reliable transportation.
