Care Operations Associate

Care Operations Associate with primary responsibility for scheduling support, caregiver call-out standby, recruiting and onboarding, training, client and caregiver outreach, and care plan updates. Responsibilities include assisting with daily scheduling, communicating schedule changes to caregivers and clients, filling in for caregiver call-outs when needed, interviewing and screening caregiver candidates, guiding onboarding, training, and maintaining care plans in the system, plus providing general office and team support. Ideal candidates will have caregiving or healthcare experience, strong computer skills, proficiency with scheduling/CRM software, excellent phone communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, reliability, compassion, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
