Job Summary
Care Manager, Windsor – lead the day-to-day operation of the Heritage Healthcare Windsor branch, ensuring safe, person-centred care while driving operational performance, recruitment, quality and growth. Oversees branch performance, staff development, client and stakeholder relationships, governance and incident management; supports on-call coverage. Full-time permanent role with salary £30k-£45k plus incentives. Requires experience in domiciliary/community care, strong leadership and people-management abilities, safeguarding/compliance knowledge, and experience with recruitment and workforce planning; desirable experience includes Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, domiciliary care management, registered manager experience, and CQC-regulated service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a domiciliary care or community care service
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance
- Experience supporting recruitment, retention and workforce planning
