Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. Promote safety, dignity, and independence by engaging residents through conversation and daily activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment. Communicate effectively with families and care leaders, creating enriching experiences for residents in memory care. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure all care aligns with the resident's specific needs and service plans.
Required Qualifications

- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
