Job Summary
Review daily logs, document resident symptoms and condition changes, and participate in monthly ISP updates. Physically check on residents, respond to call bells immediately, and assist with activities of daily living while maintaining a safe, dignified environment. Serve meals, manage dining room logistics, and perform assigned housekeeping and laundry tasks. Partner with the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, infection control protocols, and occupational health standards. Report accidents, hazardous conditions, and occupational exposures promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid
- At least 18 years of age
