Job Summary
Care Manager for Sunrise Senior Living at Sunrise of Overland Park. Responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living/long term care and reminiscence neighborhoods. Performs hands-on care, documents in Daily Log, assists with ISPs, monitors residents, communicates with families, supports activities of daily living, and ensures safety and infection-control standards, while fostering warmth and Sunrise Principles of Service. Includes dining service support, risk management, training participation, and compliance with policies; requires high school diploma/GED, CPR/First Aid as required, and 18+ years of age.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state/provincial regulations.
- CPR Certificate and First Aid as required by state/provincial regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
